We open bookings one month at a time, released on the first of each month at 9am or 12pm. Follow us on social media for the latest updates and release announcements. All reservations are processed via TOCK. Unfortunately, we can not answer our phone during service. For reservations questions, please email sumibiyaki.arashi@gmail.com 

Please note, the guest who made the booking must be present.
We understand plans can change. While we don’t allow third-party transfers, we’re happy to assist with a one-time name change if needed. Please note that we only process transfer requests within one week of your reservation date. To request a name change, just contact us within one week of your booking. 

Add-ons are optional, limited, and subject to availability. Offerings may vary based on preparation levels and some items may not always be available or in sufficient quantities for all guests.

We’re happy to host solo diners—your company is always appreciated. That said, please double-check your reservation to ensure it was intentionally made for one guest. 

At this time, we do not accept walk-ins.

Use the TOCK Notify feature to join our waitlist and get notified when a reservation that matches your preferences becomes available.

There’s plenty of free parking available in and around the area, but it can sometimes be challenging to find a spot. Consider checking the smaller residential streets or parking along Broadway and Kingsway. Be sure to read all parking signs carefully to avoid getting ticketed or towed. We recommend leaving early to give yourself plenty of time and avoid arriving late.

Given our limited capacity and intimate setting, we are currently unable to accommodate children under 16.

Our menu is carefully crafted to be enjoyed as it is and includes meat, fish, dairy, shellfish, gluten, sesame, soy, seaweed, and eggs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any allergies or substitutions.

We currently only accept parties of 1-4.

Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made, by email at sumibiyaki.arashi@gmail.com, at least 48 hours in advance. A $175 per person charge will apply for late cancellations or no-shows. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be considered a no-show. 

We offer a thoughtfully selected rotating wine and sake list. If you would like to bring a special bottle, please reach out to us in advance to arrange corkage for your reservation, as only pre-arranged corkage is permitted. Please note outside glassware or spirits are not permitted.
