Reservations that are posted for resale, bought, or sold through any third-party platform or private exchange will be cancelled without notice.
We do not accept reservation transfers immediately after booking. The guest who made the reservation must be present at the time of dining.
Third-party transfers are not permitted. A one-time name change may be approved at our discretion and will only be considered within one week of the reservation date. Requests made outside of this window will not be accommodated.
If a name change is approved, any changes to the number of guests must be disclosed at the time of the request.
Add-ons are optional, limited, and subject to availability. Offerings may vary based on preparation levels and some items may not always be available or in sufficient quantities for all guests.
Yes, photos and videos are welcome. However, we kindly ask that phone use remains discreet and respectful of other guests’ experiences. Please refrain from activities that may be distracting, such as watching videos, live streams, or taking phone calls during the meal.
We’re happy to host solo diners. Your company is always appreciated. That said, please double-check your reservation to ensure it was intentionally made for one guest. We are generally unable to accommodate additional guests beyond the original booking.
Please use the TOCK Notify feature to join our waitlist and get notified when a reservation that matches your preferences becomes available. We do not accept email or DM waitlist requests.
At this time, we do not accept walk-ins.
At this time, we do not offer gift cards. We appreciate your interest and hope to make them available in the future. We do not accept pre payment.
There is plenty of free/paid parking available in and around the area, but it can sometimes be challenging to find a spot. Consider checking the smaller residential streets or parking along Broadway and Kingsway. Be sure to read all parking signs carefully to avoid getting ticketed or towed. We recommend leaving early to give yourself plenty of time and avoid arriving late.
Given our limited capacity and intimate setting, we are currently unable to accommodate children under 16.
Our menu is carefully crafted to be enjoyed as it is and includes meat, fish, dairy, shellfish, gluten, sesame, soy, seaweed, onion and eggs. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any allergies or substitutions.
We currently only accept parties of 1-4. We are unable to accept multiple reservations intended to create larger parties. Any such bookings will be declined.

Cancellations or changes to your reservation must be made, by email at sumibiyaki.arashi@gmail.com, at least 48 hours in advance. A $175 per person charge will apply for late cancellations or no-shows.
Please note: To preserve the flow of our omakase experience, we begin on time. Guests who arrive more than 20 minutes late may miss courses already served. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your reservation will be considered a no-show.
We offer a thoughtfully selected rotating wine and sake list. If you would like to bring a special bottle, please reach out to us in advance to arrange corkage for your reservation, as only pre-arranged corkage is permitted. 1 bottle max per party. Please note outside glassware or spirits are not permitted.
